1. Our services

Answerli provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services to businesses. Our service answers inbound phone calls on behalf of subscribed businesses, handles common customer questions, and can book appointments. Details of the specific services you receive will be described in your subscription plan.

2. Using the website

You may use our website to learn about Answerli, submit forms requesting a demo or information, and read our content. When using the site, you agree:

• Not to interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it
• Not to use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to scrape, harvest, or copy content in bulk
• To provide accurate information when filling out any forms
• Not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights

3. Demo request and SMS communications

When you submit our demo request form and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Answerli at the mobile number you provide, as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically, you will receive one automated text with the demo phone number you requested, and may receive one follow-up message.

Demo phone numbers provided by Answerli are for evaluation purposes only. You agree not to share, publish, or redistribute the demo number without our permission. Answerli may discontinue or change any demo resources at any time.

4. If you become a customer

If you subscribe to Answerli services, additional terms may apply to your subscription, including:

• Monthly subscription fees according to the plan you select
• Usage-based charges for minutes beyond your plan's included allotment
• Right to cancel anytime, with billing continuing through the end of the current monthly period
• Our commitment to set up and configure your AI receptionist based on information you provide about your business

Specific commercial terms will be confirmed in writing before any subscription begins.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Answerli website — including text, graphics, logos, audio clips, code, and the Answerli name and brand — is the property of Answerli LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Audio demonstrations on our website are real recordings shared with permission from our clients. Client names and business information are featured with their express consent.

6. No guarantee of service availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages arising from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Disclaimers

The Answerli website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The site or services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any results from using our services will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Answerli in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Answerli LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site or services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
